Kixby has 195 guest rooms and suites. Lux rooms feature platform beds, Serta Plush Platinum Suite mattresses, and Matouk linen. Room options include Lux King rooms with King beds, Lux Queen Queen rooms with two Queen beds, and Lux Family Rooms. One-bedroom suites include a living room. A continental breakfast is available daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. It includes hot breakfast beverages, orange juice, baked goods, cheeses, fruit cups, yogurts, and fresh whole fruits. Black Tap 35th, designed by Rockwell Group, is located in the hotel. Black Tap features a full bar with seating, CrazyShake(R) Bar, a wall installation covered in 4,000 cassette tapes, and murals inspired by New York City life by How and Nosm. Lot 15 @ Kixby offers cocktails and small bites. The Lookup Rooftop Bar serves cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, wine, and beer. Touches of black, gold, and burgundy adorn the space, with high top seating, banquettes, and artwork by Fumero. The Lookup strives to create a dynamic and comfortable guest experience through team hospitality and food and drink.

Kixby has a Fitness Room with Peloton bikes, dumbbells, treadmills, and yoga essentials. The daily facility fee of $34.42 includes a reusable eco-friendly water bottle at check-in, access to the Kixby Pantry, high-speed Wi-Fi, access to the Fitness Room, and free local calls. Included services and amenities might change at the hotel's discretion without prior notice.
